Botanical source of 5-Hydroxytryptophan supporting serotonin production in the brain
5-Hydroxytryptophan (5HTP) from Griffonia simplicifolia seed is a down metabolite of the amino acid L-Tryptophan and is a precursor molecule in the synthesis of neurotransmitters (ie: serotonin), which regulates mood and behavior. 5HTP is also the precursor for melatonin which determines sleep cycles. It has also been known to decrease dopamine and norepinephrine concentrations in the central nervous system, which may also have an impact on behavioral processes.
Griffonia Seed Extract 50 mg; Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal 5'-Phosphate) 7 mg. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide as required to fill capsule.
One capsule three times daily or as recommended.
